• Indicative Rates: The prices listed are for reference only.

• Additional Charges: Toll and parking fees, as well as any other applicable taxes, are extra.

• Non-Refundable Advance: Any advance payment made at the time of booking will not be refunded if the customer cancels the booking.

• Drop Locations: The final drop location will be the same as the pickup location unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking. If you need a different drop location, inform Vee Cabs one day before the trip ends. Additional costs may apply.

• Late Night Drop-offs: Drop-offs after midnight will incur an extra one-day minimum cost and additional driver charges.

• Extension of Rental Days: If you need to extend your rental days, inform Vee Cabs one or two days before the scheduled drop-off date. The decision will be at the company’s discretion.

• Payment Terms: 20% of the total cost is due at booking, 60% at the start of the trip, and the remaining 20% at the end. Deduct any advance paid from the final payment. Contact our office if you have any doubts about the final payment.

• Interstate Permit Charges: The customer is responsible for any interstate permit charges, which are not covered by the company. Receipts for these charges might not be provided.

• Cleaning Charges: If the cab requires extra cleaning due to incidents like vomiting, additional charges will apply based on the mess’s severity and the vehicle type. These charges will be communicated after assessment.

• Toll Charges: The customer must pay any toll charges incurred during the journey, which are not included in the quoted price. Receipts for toll charges might not always be available.
